Plot

Cole Jensen, a local farm owner, feels threatened when a senator tries to instate a new airport on his land. His personal ties to the land cause him to lash out and kidnap the senator to try and change his mind. Meanwhile his deaf nephew has been sent to a school for those with hearing imparements. Team One works on the case to find the senator and return him safely home.

Later we find out that the Senator's assistant was in on the kidnapping and was helping wire a 2 million dollar ransom to another accomplice, Franklin Hess. Jensen being out of the loop doesn't know about the money and tries to reason with Hess to let the senator go. The team tracks down the trio and soon finds out that Niah, Jensen's deaf nephew, escaped from his chaperone and is now on the land. Throughout the course of the show, we watch as the team tries to help Jensen who has become a hostage along with the senator while trying to stop the confused Noah from shooting at them. In the end Hess is killed and the senator tries to help Jensen and his deaf nephew.
